Job Summary:

作为房地产Agent，您将负责&执行房产买卖过程相关工作
As a Property Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible to oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication and calling skills to negotiate with customers
  • Market study / competitors analysis of various project
  • Sales and closing presentation [Walk client thru property in showroom or online..etc]
  • Administration and documentation for property related matter [Assist clients on loan submission..etc]
  • Following up and problem solving

About the Job:

  • Location : Prefer applicants based in IPOH
  • Language : We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Transportation : Possess own transport
  • Self-motivated & result driven
