Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage the full vacant possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to key collection.
  • Brief the customers on the handover process including the handover of property, checklist, and the handover kit.
  • Attend to the owner for the property handover of the vacant possession (VP).
  • Coordinate defects rectification works to ensure all defects filed are rectified and managed in accordance to SOP, follow up and track the completeness of action in timely manner
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback in tactful and timely manner.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints moderately and politely.
  • Liaise with relevant departments or parties to manage issues and resolutions of the cases received
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with project site colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Ensure all records, data, and information are recorded and filed up to date.
  • For general feedback (non-defects), channel it to relevant Person-In-Charge (PIC) or department for a reply or action to be taken, follow up and track the completeness of action until case closure.
  • Produce weekly defect management report according to the portfolio assigned and highlight any urgent matters immediate superior for immediate resolution.
  • Build good relationships with Residents Associations, Join Management Body (if any) and relevant Resident Committees and demonstrate good services at all times.
  • Any other job responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in any disciplines.
  • Good command of English / Bahasa Malaysia and possess decent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
