- Authority compliance & submissions
- Feasibility studies & project analysis
- Construction coordination & site exposure
- Other aspects of property development
- Assist in preparing and submitting documents to relevant authorities for project approvals
- Assist with monitoring project progress, timelines, and site activities
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Perform other tasks related to the property development process as assigned
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Strong interest in the property development industry
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
