Proposals Coordinator

In this position you will join our APAC Winning Work team, our highly efficient Proposal team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients.

Bid Management

• Bid management ensuring compliance with client requirements and conduct quality control checks of the submission
• Set and adhere to appropriate milestones so that completion is achieved in a timely fashion
• Ensure documents are well-structured and organized with clear navigation
• Independently write and develop non-technical content.
  
  

Opportunity Management

• Maintain and improve systems and processes for Opportunity Management. Provide advanced analytics and reports on opportunity management
• Improvement to the systems, processes and tools available for Winning Work
