PUCHASING EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT

1. Responsible on conducting purchasing activities.
2.Ensure to follow up with vendors on time delivery status (OTD).
3.Ensure on maintain and record all the purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data systematically.
4. Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
5. Follow up on goods defect.
6. Assist on preparing purchasing analysis and budgeting.
7. To Follow up on confirmed import shipping duties.
8.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills.
An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
Min 1 years of relevant working experience.
Able to converse and write in mandarin is an added advantage.
