Purchase cum Sales Coordinator/Executive

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for both purchase and sales coordination? Join our team as a Purchase cum Sales Coordinator/Executive! We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to our sales team while managing procurement processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Processing all orders accurately and promptly
• Generate Sales Orders for timely delivery to customers
• Coordinate Purchase Orders and liaise with suppliers
• Keep track of overseas suppliers' pricing
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring alignment with orders
• Maintain meticulous records of inventory transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update inventory records and ensure accurate charging
  
  
  

Requirements

• SPM/STPM, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• >2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and UBS software preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
