Job Description
- Handle and manage purchasing tasks.
- Responsible for ordering of goods and follow up orders
- Liase with supplier to check product specifications, stock
- Negotiating with supplier to obtain more resasonable prices
- Ensure that all deliveries are accurately documented
- Record PO to the system
- Monitoring stock balance and movements outgoing of stock
- Schedule the delivery of goods to the project site
- Maintain proper filing systems
- Work closely with site and accounts teams to ensure smooth purchasing flow.
