Job Description

  • Handle and manage purchasing tasks.
  • Responsible for ordering of goods and follow up orders
  • Liase with supplier to check product specifications, stock
availability, pricing, delivery, etc.
  • Negotiating with supplier to obtain more resasonable prices
  • Ensure that all deliveries are accurately documented
  • Record PO to the system
  • Monitoring stock balance and movements outgoing of stock
to make new order according to the system.
  • Schedule the delivery of goods to the project site
  • Maintain proper filing systems
  • Work closely with site and accounts teams to ensure smooth purchasing flow.
