Tasks & responsibilities

Purchasing Admin

  • Follow up order status
  • Follow up delivery / logistic status
  • Prepare and issue PO
  • Data Entry
  • Prepare payment & daily settlement
  • Support purchasing activity & follow up with vendor
  • Perform any duties independently, solve problems, organize and plan ahead

Purchasing Coordinator

  • Follow up stores/outlets status
  • Enriching product categories
  • Store Promotion Planning
  • Price Structure Monitoring according to market
  • Handling slow-selling products

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma is a plus or preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in administration / purchasing or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with LOOKUP , SUMIF , COUNTIF , IF
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within our multinational team, with proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (or other local languages) beneficial for regional stakeholder communication.
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOMED.
