Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess STPM / Diploma in Business Administration/ Finance/ Management or equivalent
- Preferable at least 2 years working experience in Purchasing & Procurement related field
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Able to perform the full spectrum of the purchasing function and manage the day-to-day purchasing activities which include material sourcing, negotiation, preparing purchase orders, and order tracking
- To issue PO based on material requirement plan
- To monitor and ensure on-time delivery by supplier and supplier’s quality performance
