Job Details:

Major Duties, Responsibilities & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Forecasting & Planning

Analyze demand trends and develop proactive supply plans Translate sales forecasts into actionable supply and production plans. Mitigate risks due to supply-demand fluctuations and supply interruption resulted from various factors

Production Scheduling Support

Work closely with planning and production teams to align material supply with manufacturing schedules. Make necessary adjustment to accommodate revised schedule, special request and trial

Purchase Order Processing

Create and process purchase orders Review purchase requisition, obtain necessary approvals, and coordinating with supplier to ensure timely delivery. Manage open purchase order, verify supplier’s invoices and resolve discrepancies issue (if any)

Inventory Optimization

Collaborate with inventory team to manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory turnover. Balance inventory to avoid excess and shortages, reducing holding costs. Manage raw material rejection and ensure the stock returned to suppliers

Quality Control Support

Ensure purchased items meets the quality standards. This process involves quality management-related issues or complaints sent to supplier and provide actions plan for solution. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all FSQA requirements are complied with and obtaine necessary QA related documents from suppliers

Cost Management

Monitor and optimize supply chain and inbound costs Manage related budgets effectively during placement of orders

Supplier Management

Maintain strong relationships with supplier. Regular communication with suppliers and show mutual understanding whenever both parties encounter any difficulties. Collaborate with suppliers to improve lead times, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Documentation, System Accuracy, and Process Improvement:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate purchase records. Maintain accurate data within MRP to enable effective planning decisions Identify and implement supply chain efficiencies
