Job Responsibility

  • Purchase Order Processing: Handles the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation, approval, issuance, and tracking.
  • Supplier Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely, quality, and quantity deliveries.
  • Price Negotiation: Participates in negotiations to secure the most favorable prices and terms.
  • Inventory Management: Assists in inventory control to meet production demands.
  • Procurement Data Analysis: Collects and analyzes procurement data to inform decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensures all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

A Purchasing Executive is a crucial member of a company's procurement department. They are responsible for supporting the purchasing manager or supervisor in carrying out various procurement tasks, ensuring that the company receives the necessary materials and services in a timely manner.

  • Knowledge of procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Candidates must have skill and knowledge in supply chain management.

Additional Qualifications

  • Previous procurement experience.
  • Proficiency in Autocount or other procurement management systems.
  • Mandarin and English language proficiency.
