  • Peranan anda adalah untuk membantu pengurusan kanan On Site Services Sdn Bhd dalam pelbagai tugas pentadbiran dan operasi dalam persediaan NADI.
  • Walau bagaimanapun, tumpuan anda adalah seperti berikut:
    • Untuk menjalankan Analisis Keperluan keperluan latihan untuk Pengurus dan Penolong Pengurus NADI
    • Bertanggungjawab untuk menyokong dalam pembangunan dan penyampaian program latihan untuk Pengurus dan Penolong Pengurus NADI.
    • Membantu dalam penyusunan bahan latihan, menjalankan sesi latihan, dan memberi maklum balas kepada peserta.
    • Mewujudkan program e-pembelajaran untuk Pengurus dan Penolong Pengurus NADI
    • Buat e-perpustakaan pada semua bahan latihan untuk NADI
    • Membangunkan Kem Bina Karakter untuk Pengurus dan Penolong Pengurus Nadi
  • Sebarang peranan Eksekutif Muda lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh Pengurusan Perkhidmatan Di Tapak khusus untuk pembangunan sumber manusia NADI
