- To develop and implement the company’s quality assurance policy and procedures.
- To develop, implement, maintain and continuously to improve operational systems to provide customer satisfaction.
- To continually review departmental procedures for accuracy and effectiveness. Update procedure as and when necessary.
- To ensure efficient and effective organization systems to facilitate the achievement of the company vision and mission.
- To analyze report and statistics, and recommend services and standards procedures to reduce errors in specialty area.
- To conduct regular Internal Quality Audit for all departments.
- To create and maintain QA related activity and organize QA resources.
- Familiar with business analytics and dashboard.
- Passionate about data gathering and spreadsheet analysis.
