Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
To ensure that all Company’s Products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards by implementing effective quality control systems, process checks, and continuous improvement measures.

Quality Assurance
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001,14001 and 45001;
- Establish quality control standards, inspection methods, and test procedures.
- Ensure product quality consistency across all production batches.
- Assist in internal and external audits, including supplier audits
- Monitor environmental impact and ensure adherence to safety procedures and legal compliance
- Perform in-process and final product inspections for thickness, density, and other key foam/plastic properties.
- Conduct regular checks on raw materials and finished goods.
- Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective/preventive actions (“CAPA”).
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC performance reports.
- Recommend process improvements based on root cause analysis.
- Train production operators on quality standards and procedures.
- Promote a quality-first and safety-focused culture on the production floor.

Qualification & Skills Required
- Degree in Polymer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field;
- Min. 5 years of working experience in manufacturing QA/QC role;
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is highly preferred
- Individual with high sense of responsibility;
- Strong communication, Strong leadership and project management skills; and
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
