- 負責涵蓋 HALAL、GMP 和 HACCP 的所有文件。
- 確保品質保證政策和程序符合 GMP 和 HACCP。
- 協助處理 HALAL / GMP / HACCP 相關問題和稽核。
- 驗證並確認 HACCP / GMP 和所有其他 SOP 均有效實施。
- 確保製造的產品獲得適當的許可、生產和行銷。
- 管理和發展生產員工，以實現安全、環境績效、生產量、品質、服務和成本的既定目標。
- 確保部門遵守法律、法規和公司政策。
- 調查客戶投訴和不符合問題。
- 制定、推薦和監控糾正和預防措施。
- 評估審計結果並實施適當的糾正措施。
- 負責維護所有區域無害蟲並對與害蟲相關的情況採取行動。
- 支援文檔相關的導入/導出。
- 候選人必須至少擁有學士學位、研究生文憑、專業學位、食品技術/生物技術。
- 該職位要求具有食品/飲料製造行業相關領域的經驗。
- 了解品質系統、審計、監管、統計和分析實驗室方法。
- 較強的解決問題和分析能力。
- 表現出在多功能團隊中工作的能力。
- 需要了解食品安全原則。
- 良好的口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 必須能夠處理多項任務並且組織有序。
