Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Japanese Speaker)

Job requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Japanese Speaker with Certificate (JLPT N3 and above) or able to speak, read, write in Japanese language
• Fresh graduate encourages to apply
• Any experience with manufacturing will be a plus.
• Computer skill: Excellent using Microsoft office (Excel, Words, power point, etc)
• Strong in analytical skills and critical thinking
• Able to lead the activity among cross-functional team members
• Able to multi-tasked and work prioritized, good time management and ability to work under pressure.

Job Description:

• Developing and implementing quality management systems and procedures
• Ensuring that processes and practices meet standard procedures
• Working with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Preparing reports on KPI, non-conformities, and corrective actions
• Communicate through email or online meeting on findings and countermeasure outcomes to Japanese customers
• Investigate the root causes of complaints and reply the customer claim report according to the given dateline
• Provide updates on the status of ongoing quality improvement projects and activities to HQ
• Collaborate with HQ and other departments to align quality objectives and strategies
