Job Responsibility
- Responsible for managing Business Partners and maintaining strong cooperative relationships with them.
- Communicate the latest company information, policies, and notices to Business Partners.
- Plan and manage pickup and delivery operations within the assigned area to ensure timely and secure handling of parcels.
- Handle customer complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all operations within the area comply with the companyâs safety standards.
- Lead and manage the area team to improve overall team performance.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Work Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in the courier or logistics industry will be given preference.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Must be a team player.
- Other: Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possess strong stress management abilities
