The Position
Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and digitally-savvy QMS Intern who is passionate about quality, process improvement, and digital innovation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring creative ways to enhance systems and user experience. The intern will play a key role in optimizing our existing Quality GSite, which acts as a one-stop shop for all affiliate processes, templates, workflows, local documents, and links to Global resources.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful quality initiative, helping make quality information more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly for the organization.

The Position

Key Accountabilities
- Analyze the current structure and user flow of the Quality GSite and propose enhancements to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement
- Redesign and optimize content layout, navigation, and searchability for improved user experience
- Integrate digital tools, visuals, or automation features to increase interactivity and usefulness of the site
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather user feedback and understand common user needs and challenges
- Maintain and update the GSite content regularly, ensuring all documents and links are current and relevant
- Assist in promoting the GSite across the affiliate through internal communications and training support
- Support general QMS tasks such as document control, CAPA follow-up, audit support, and records management
Qualification/ Knowledge And Experiences
- Strong interest in quality management and continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in website structure, digital content creation, or workflow automation
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
