JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost analysis
• Assist in the preparation of pre and post contract process as assigned
• Familiar and able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultant, Sub-Contractor and Site personnel
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, sub-contractor claims, site valuation, variation and final account
• Prepare for monthly progress report
• Controlling material usage on-site with project budget
• To assist other related task required

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction or any related field
• Must have at least 2 years experience in quantity surveying / contract executive ( especially in pre-contract and post-contract roles )
• Willing to go project sites when necessary
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Project Documentation, AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
