RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, final accounts.
- Attend site meetings and site valuations.
- Manage project contract administration.
- Prepare tender submission, cost estimation and built-up rates.
- Co-ordination/liase with client/consultant and sub-contractor/supplier.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Good knowledge in cost estimation, claims & certification.
- Enthusiastic, diligent & meticulous.
