Quantity Surveyor

- To assist the Contracts Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor in tendering exercise which include ensuring sufficiency and completeness of tender documents
- Review tender documents and prepare the bill of quantity accordingly.
- To perform quotation analysis on quotations submitted by sub-contractor and suppliers;
- To keep track of materials to be ordered for Project requirement
- Preparation and submission of project claim to Client on time with consultation with the Project Director and Project Manager
- Verify, certify sub-contractor's claim and supplier's invoice claim.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Site evaluation with Client representative to ascertain claim submission;
- To perform any other duties or assignments when requested by the Company.
- Compile and prepare interim progress claim
- Identify changes and prepare VO submission
- Prepare final account for main and sub contract
- Ensure all bond, insurances, warranties, guarantee and other contractual related document are in order as required under the Contract
- Control documentation
- Advise and enforce terms and conditions of subcontracts and ensure all correspondence are properly and timely responded.
- Effectively maximize project profit by introduce alternative materials/ method and cost control against budget

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or higher education in quantity surveying or engineering.
- Sound knowledge in construction.
- Knowledge in pipe laying and water supply is encouraged
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
