- 識別和管理與建設專案相關的風險
- 確保遵守相關法律法規和行業標準
- 工料測量或相關領域的學士學位
- 至少 5 年建築業高級工料測量師經驗
- 強大的分析和解決問題的能力
- 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
- 熟練使用與建築相關的軟體和工具
- 敏銳的洞察力和在壓力下工作的能力
- 了解當地建築法規和行業標準
