Essential Job Functions

Perform General Accounting and Reporting functions. This involves Fixed Asset Accounting, General Accounting & Reporting, and issue handling with the respective clients. It also consists in providing closing activities and support, preparing GL/intercompany/bank and other reconciliations, BPC submission, Statutory Reporting, Tax Computation, etc. Make recommendations for continuous process improvements.

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial processes, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounting for invoices, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Handle fixed asset accruals and nationalization procedures.
• Oversee asset transitions from "in progress" to "definitive" status.
• Facilitate asset transfers between companies and stores.
• Manage and account for asset write-offs in accordance with financial regulations.
• Calculate and record amortization expenses and impairment losses.
• Execute monthly and annual closing controls to ensure financial integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procure-to-pay processes.
• Utilize data insights to support financial decision-making and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
