As our new Radio Network Planner, you will act as a technical advisor, combining your passion for RF Network Planning technology with your great communication skills and overview. You will act as a trusted advisor and deliver radio/network plans, which are the foundation for our remote reading systems to our customers worldwide.
More specifically, you will be:
In the role, you can expect approximately 15-20 travel days per year.

With reference to our Senior Manager Customer Projects, you will become a part of a growing Global Radio Planning team of experienced Radio Planners working from Malaysia, US, and Denmark. We work cross-functionally in close collaboration with our Sales organization and our Engineering teams to realize the needs for radio plans globally, which are a vital part of enabling our solutions. The team is characterized by professionalism, mutual trust, and the freedom to take initiative and act with responsibility. You can expect an informal tone with emphasis on sparring, feedback, and mutual accountability.

We are looking for a motivated technical person, who will lead as a role model and inspire the team to elevate our RF network planning to new heights. Therefore, you need a minimum of 3 years of practical and theoretical experience in radio planning from a similar role.

As our new Radio Network Planner, you will act as a technical advisor, combining your passion for RF Network Planning technology with your great communication skills and overview. You will act as a trusted advisor and deliver radio/network plans, which are the foundation for our remote reading systems to our customers worldwide.
More specifically, you will be:
- Securing high-quality technical advisory and seamless, timely execution of radio planning worldwide in the UHF frequency range
- Prioritizing, reviewing, and realizing radio plans/propagation studies
- A technical sparring partner for development and sales within RF Network Planning
- Identifying, driving, and implementing improvement initiatives based on new technologies and systems
- Conducting field visits at customer’s site, if needed

We are looking for a motivated technical person, who will lead as a role model and inspire the team to elevate our RF network planning to new heights. Therefore, you need a minimum of 3 years of practical and theoretical experience in radio planning from a similar role.
To succeed in this role, we envision that you:
- Have extensive knowledge about RF technology and antenna theory, and a knowledge of radio propagation
- Are proficient with planning tools such as Mentum Planet, Atoll, or EDX SignalPro, and GIS tools such as Google Earth and QGIS
- Bring strong communication and coordination skills to a cross-functional team
- Consider yourself a structured problem solver with a customer-oriented mindset
- Hold a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related technical field
