Job Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression of Company.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, screen and direct calls appropriately, take messages accurately, and provide information to callers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring the place is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including managing brochures, displays, and other marketing materials.
- Provide administrative support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, preparing correspondence, and assisting with data entry and filing.
- Manage the appointment scheduling for service and sales departments, coordinating with relevant staff to ensure efficient booking and minimizing customer wait times.
- Provide support for company events and meetings, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and assisting with setup and breakdown.
- Minimum SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Tamil is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to handle phone calls, manage visitor traffic, and maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
