  1. To handle and co-ordinate the incoming and outgoing calls made by staff and customers or clients.
  2. To ensure proper greetings upon pick up incoming calls.
  3. To monitor the incoming and outgoing of visitors.
  4. To monitor staff access to the premises in accordance to the Procedure on Employee Identification Card to ensure the safety of the office premises are guaranteed.
  5. To ensure no sales representative are allowed to enter the office premises.
  6. To monitor the daily newspapers are received accordingly and distributed to each floor.
