Senior Nutritionist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate, liaise, and provide nutritional advice using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable customer relationships.
• Provide nutritional advice and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the customers via producing newsletters and/or health talk.
• Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information concerning current health and nutritional practices and knowledge.
• Maintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiently to customer enquiries.
• Perform market research, product surveying and product testing.
• Involve in new product development, product research, usage and benefits.
• Provide support related to health, diet, nutrition, guidance and feedback to front-liners who handle customer enquiries.
• Assist in company activities, eg. Roadshows, exhibitions, expo, health talk, etc.
• Responsible to provide product training to the distributor and clients nationwide via various approaches (onsite, classroom, online portals and etc)
• Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant operational activities and support in relation to the organization's sales, marketing, and overall operating functions.
• Developing and updating training materials, including digital format, which support the overall product strategy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' progress, and prepare reports on nutrition-related activities as required.
• Write and publish articles, product catalogue/ brochures and other materials on nutrition-related topics to educate and inform the public.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics or in any similar capacity.
• Minimum 5-7 years experiences in direct selling/ health & wellness industries or similar capacity.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Having a friendly and engaging personality.
• Outspoken, strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Required language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on Saturday (Alternate, OT/Replacement Leave)
