Your Role And Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Record to Report Team Lead includes;
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) domain.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Ms Office especially in excel formulas
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Balance Sheet recons, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-company, Payroll and Cash & Bank activities.
- Reviewing and approving day to day transactions in the ERP. SAP knowledge would be an added advantage
- People management experience would be an added advantage
- Proven expertise in coordinating audits and manage customer expectations
- Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews
- Proven experience in client management and working in a fast-paced envivornment
- Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax and accruals.
- Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions.
- Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role
- Proficiency in Japanese and korean will be an added advantage
