Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the retail, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is a plus.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
