Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Use a variety of channels (e.g., jobstock, jobstreet, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies) to source potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with passive candidates.
  • Job Posting & Advertising:
    • Draft, update, and post job descriptions and advertisements across various platforms.
    • Ensure job postings are aligned with company branding and are attractive to potential applicants.
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of job advertisements and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Screening & Interviewing:
    • Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
    • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with HODs, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
    • Lead interviews and participate in the selection process as needed.
  • Candidate Experience & Communication:
    • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
    • Manage candidate feedback and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
    • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and next steps.
  • Selection & Offer Process:
    • Work with HODs to select the best-fit candidates for open positions.
    • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms when necessary.
    • Handle candidate rejections professionally and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout.
  • Onboarding & Documentation:
    • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
    • Coordinate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
    • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to HR and management on the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
    • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
