RESPONSIBILITIES/ KEY ACTIVITIES

• Accountable & responsible to deliver the Sell-In and Sell-Out target of assigned distributors & territory.
• Lead and coach distributor’s team on in-store execution, route plans and product knowledge.
• Responsible for Product Distribution, Hygiene & Merchandising Standard Guidelines.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers and distributors to assess performance and area of improvement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Accountable for on-time payment collection and trade spend settlements.
• Responsible for customer database maintenance in DMS
• Trade Asset (Chiller) and Cold Chain Management.
• Manage day-to-days distributor relationships and incentive programs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

• Preferably Diploma holder.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in General Trade with Distributor Management experience in chilled or FMCG industry.
• Preference experienced in sales execution and distributor management, managerial van sellers experience.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Able to think critically, act innovatively, find solutions to problems and communicate ideas effectively.
