Provide support for Reliability analysis includes but not limited to:
- Environmental Stressing (Temp cycle, UHAST, HTSL, MSL)
- Physical Analysis (CSAM, Solderability)
- Support RAP execution.
- Incoming & Outgoing sample tracking
- Complete SPM with 5 credit result or relevant
- Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in semiconductor industry
- Must be able to work well with peers, vendors and team across multi departments
