About the role

Join the dynamic team at Plush Services Sdn Bhd as a Reservations Executive. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing hotel reservations. As a key member of the hospitality and tourism team, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming reservation inquiries and bookings through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms
• Maintaining accurate guest records and reservation details
• Monitoring room availability and rates to optimise occupancy
• Liaising with hotel partners and third-party vendors to fulfil reservations
• Assisting with special requests and resolving any booking-related issues
• Supporting the broader operations of the reservations and hospitality team

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent guest service
• Proficient in using reservation systems and computer applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
