Restaurant Manager (Aeon Rawang, Selangor)
Job Description
45 hours on six-day work week basis. The working hours, schedules and rest days for the outlet employees will be arranged and determined by the Outlet Head on a roster basis in accordance with the Company’s operational policies.

Old Town White Coffee (No.49, Ground Floor, Komplex Beli Belah Aeon Anggun Rawang No. 1, Persiaran Anggun, Taman Anggun, 48000 Rawang, Selangor)
Job Description
- Operation expert handling a restaurant.
- Familiar with P&L - Labor Cost, Food Cost, Profit, Sales, Audit.
- Knowledgeable in customer service.
- Knowledgeable in administration work - ordering, scheduling, HR, training etc.
- SPM/Diploma holder.
- Able to communicate, read and write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 5 years working experience in the food / hotel industry, with minimum 1 year at supervisory level.
- Good in executing 4 basic functions – Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling.
- Ability to perform any of the People Handling Skill – Training, Coaching, Support and Motivating.
- Basic understanding of HR Management – Recruitment, Selection, Counselling and Discipline.
- Able to work on shift and long hours when required.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic salary range from RM2,100 based on experience.
