- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers in selecting products and explain features, benefits, and care instructions.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Support inventory management, including restocking shelves and participating in regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for retail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
