RETAIL OUTLET MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the business and attract new customers.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and operational demands.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals and targets.
• Familiarity with inventory and POS systems is an advantage.
