Retail Sales Associate

Established in 1982, Arabian Oud is the largest fragrance manufacturer and retailer around the world specializing in incense, oriental perfumes and oil perfumes. Being the Scent of Luxury, Arabian Oud is a prominent and trusted name with over 35 years of expertise in the production of authentic scents.

We are looking for exciting Retail Sales Associates to contract for our pop-up kiosk in Imago, Kota Kinabalu starting from 27 Sept 2024.
Their job responsibilities include:
• Retail Sales Associates are front line store personnel who deliver various customer-focused services to drive sales and maximize profits for our brand.
• Greeting customers ~ Welcoming shoppers as they enter the store.
• Assisting customers in identifying choice products, providing information, and offering advice.
• Promoting sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
• Serving customers, processing sales transactions, and answering questions.
• Restocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Monitoring activities in the shop and resolving customer issues.
• Maintaining organization: Keeping the storeroom neat and inventory records accurate.
• Sales assistants oversee the arrangement of window displays and general store layout.
• They escalate difficult customer complaints, as well as communicate other store issues to the retail sales manager to initiate resolution.
