- Monitor and oversee the retail operations of outlet which include cleanliness in store, stocktake, stock expiry, petty cash and managing customer complaints.
- Mobilise stock transfer or receipt and ensure all products used follows First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to minimize wastage and control quality.
- Prepare outlet sales reports, stock checking, expired, damaged reports based on targets assigned.
- Train, lead, motivate and retain employees in order to achieve sales target and timely submission on sales and shop performance report to Manager.
- Any other assignment from time to time.
