Retail Supervisor 零售主管

• Take a lead role in customer service & product display 负责领导客户服务和产品展示工作
• Play an integral part in contributing to outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service. 在提升门店销售业绩、销售增长和优质客户服务方面发挥重要作用
• Assisting in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness. 协助门店各个方面的工作，尤其是陈列、商品陈列和清洁
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers.建立并维护良好的客户关系
• Handle cash transactions between customers and retail stores.处理顾客和零售店之间的现金交易
• Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location.协助零售店的开店和关店工作
• Help stock shelves in the proximity.协助补货工作
• Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records.完成、处理和维护相关的文件和记录
• Responsible for monitoring store activities, keeping track of sales performance, and managing the daily operations of the stores.负责监控门店活动，跟踪销售业绩，并管理门店日常运营
• Responsible for dealing with customer inquiries and complaints负责处理顾客的询问和投诉

Minimum SPM with proficiency in Malay, English, and/or Mandarin (Bonus point) 至少拥有SPM学历，精通马来语、英语和/或普通话（加分项）
