Department: Commercial – RTM & Commercial Capability

Reports to: Head of Route-to-Market Execution

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain backend master data in system, ensuring accuracy for customer and product information.
• Ensure monthly updates and mapping of targets, outlets, and products.
• Resolve data issues promptly to avoid disruptions in sales operations.
• Lead UAT testing for RTM-requested system enhancements, coordinating with Digital and IT teams.
• Consolidate tester feedback, identify defects, and support go-live readiness.
• Generate and maintain reports including system targets, national sales route mapping, and ad-hoc commercial insights.
• Oversee customer database processes, ensuring accuracy, regular updates, and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and other teams to translate business needs into system and data solutions.

What You Bring

• Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Preferably 2-5 years’ experience relevant experience in FMCG or any other related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities
• Precision in documentation, process mapping, and data management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confident and articulate communicator that can convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, able to influence and challengecross-functional teams.
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Outspoken, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity while keeping focus on business impact.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the maturity to engage internal stakeholders effectively.
