Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow media sales revenue.⢠Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and goals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.⢠Present and pitch customized media solutions to clients, including digital and OOH campaigns.⢠Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with client objectives and company goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.⢠Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging media technologies.⢠Share actionable insights with the team to refine sales strategies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network in the advertising or media industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and media sales platforms.
