Our client “MSI Pacific International Holding Co., Ltd.” is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their company!
What you’ll be doing?
• Business coverage is South of Malaysia
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
• Maintain customer stable price strategies.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Provide/Analyses historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Who are they looking for?
• Able to visit Kuala Lumpur for monthly business review (Flight & Accommodation are covered by company)
• Must be able to travel upon request
• Self-Driven- target oriented in a competitive environment
• Bachelor Degree in Business Economics or equivalent.
• Experience in Computer Hardware or Consumer Electronics business.
• Between 2 to 5 years of Product Management experience and a similar period of Sales experience.
• Languages: English and Mandarin (communicate with HQ in Taiwan)
• Strong ownership on responsible goals / targets
• Willing to continually learn new things especially IT related technologies
