Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales opportunities across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and Central Malaysia.
- Analyze market trends to develop accurate sales forecasts, plans, and strategies.
- Collaborate with the Technical Director and Application Engineer to plan and execute customer engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Guide Account Managers on pricing strategies, discount structures, and proposal development.
- Represent the company at marketing events, exhibitions, and customer presentations.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or manufacturing-related qualifications
- Relevant working and selling experience in a similar role with experience in manufacturing software solutions
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Solid track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Own transport required and willing to travel within Klang Valley region
