Responsibilities

- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders and payments.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation for management.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Professional Certificate, Diploma & etc
- Basic experience in Sales admin
- Work Life Balance : Work From Home ( least got knowledge in basic Corel Draw, AI, Photoshop is a must
- Preferably ages range within 20 - 60 years old.
- Preferably least Mandarin Speaking, priority in CN candidate ( Female )
- Able to work well in a team and independently as required
- Working hours & Days : 5.5 days
