Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teams.
- Handle payment collection, credit checks and billing matters.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately in the system (AutoCount/ERP).
- Maintain and update customer databases, product price lists, and sales documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and generate balance sheet for stock movement.
- Handle delivery orders and sales orders.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years sales administration or sales support experience, , preferably in FMCG or Paper Packaging manufacturing industry.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with AutoCount/ERP systems is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
