Your Role And Responsibilities

  • As an Internal Sales Advisor, you are the primary contact point for customers and prospects for Malaysia customers for all matters related to Orders, Offers, Invoices, Logistic, complaints,etc..
  • You have both in- and outbound contacts with customers and prospects.
  • Reacting to incoming calls, emails, enquiries and walk-in customers, etc.
  • Follow up with customers on offers made on daily. weekly basic and gather information such as products market price, competition, economic situation, etc.. And sharing it with your managers, pricing, etc..
  • You register and deal with complaints and provide a good follow-up, also in consultation with the quality team/ Managers.
  • You collaborate closely with the colleagues within your team and other departments.
  • Acting as back-up for the colleagues (if required)
  • You need to work closely with Branch Manager/ Business Development Managers to offer commercial support and opportunities from customers.
  • You proactively contacting customers in regard to marketing actions, promotion, new products and also promote TVH E-shop platform to all customers
  • You process replies from different departments within TVH and communicate these to the customer/prospect.
  • Attend internal trainings, meeting if required.

How To Succeed / Your Profile

  • Multiple years of relevant experience in a (technical-)commercial function.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Malay and English (oral and written). Knowledge of Chinese or other languages are a plus.
  • You are a strong relational sales agent focused on achieving results.
  • You are a team player and can work independently.
  • You are strong in communication
  • You have an organizational mindset and you think along.
  • You are very perseverant.
  • You are strong in follow-up and administration.
