Sales Advisor

Job description:

• Achieve Sales Target Number
• Assist outlet in achieving SSI (Good customer care)
• Assist customers for test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
• Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
• To arrange for the handover of the new vehicle with maximum customer orientation.
• To develop and provide good after sales customer care in order to create basis for repeat sales.
• Assist on the set up of showroom and promotional displays.
• Able and willing to participate in roadshows, sales activities and launching events set by outlet management
• Active and willing to participate in Social Media Content Creation and Postings is an added advantage
• Fresh Talents are encouraged to apply. No experience required. Training will be provided. Prior experience in sales automotive industry is an added advantage

Requirements:

• 20 years old and above with valid Driving License.
• Prior experience in sales or automotive industry would be advantageous.
• A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
• The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willing to learn and work on shift.
