About The Role
Location: Menara Southpoint Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur
Scope
Knight Frank are seeking a candidate for the role of Sales Analyst to join our Occupier Strategy and Solutions APAC team. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for maintaining our CRM dashboard, supporting the BD team in identifying trends and providing strategic recommendations to improve overall sales performance. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other teams within the region. The ideal candidate should also be agile mentally in order to adapt to the dynamic changes in market trends, and work well as a team player.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Real Estate or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales analysis, real estate leasing or a related role.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Client focused with genuine interest in Real Estate.
- Flexibility and ability to balance a variety of demands.
- Capable of working autonomously and in collaboration with others.
- Understanding of real estate market trends and best practices is preferred.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct comprehensive market research on identified sectors and trends to build the pipeline for the business development team.
- Communicate and coordinate with members across APAC to support the team on monthly meeting materials and deals in APAC
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date databased on sales pipelines, client requirements and ownership list
- Evaluate outreach results every quarter with the team, identify bottleneck in sales processes and suggest improvements to increase opportunities
- Work together with the team to implement BD milestone template for efficiency and help track progress.
