Job Responsibilities
- To service existing customer base and be proactive in identifying new customer
- To maintain relationship with existing and new customers by providing good customer service, support and response
- To reactivate inactive customers to expand customer base
- To drive sales and ensure customers are updated with latest product offerings
- To ensure customers' payments are made on a timely basis
- Possess strong communication skills, persuasive and good in negotiation
- 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is an advantage
- Excellent in verbal and written communication in English and Malay, Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work independently, be highly motivated and target driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with using Oracle Netsuite is a bonus
