Sales Assistant –K&B Malaysia

Specific Responsibilities
Arrange repairing services when necessary. Handle and manage registration of equipment usage.
Compile various office expenses and office administration related reports in Malaysia office.
Liaise with relevant government bureaus to provide administrative services regarding business registration, tax and staff benefits for the branch office.
Collect, dispatch and file incoming/ outgoing fax and mailing documents.
Handle incoming calls and enquiries, and handle visitors in courteous manner and appropriate procedures.
Compile and maintain filing system for various Sales documents and information such as monthly Sales reports, analysis reports, ppt, and project lists and distributors / dealers authorization records etc.
Help handling end customers’ complaints.
Assist and participate in different types of Sales/ promotional activities when required by the Sales Manager.
Provide assistance on PR form/invoice collects and application, vender code application, giveaway items management, and warehouse management.
Be responsible for regular maintenance and usage of departmental/ office equipment,
Assist in Malaysia office leasing issues and maintain filing for related documents.
Assist in remote sales HR/administrative support as needed
Accomplish additional assignments upon supervisor’s request.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Report to Country Manager, K&B Malaysia
Constant contact with other members in Malaysia office, and regional offices, as well as distributors/clients.
Skills/Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Certificate holder in business administration or any related disciplines.
2-3 years of working experience as sales assistant or similar role
Proficient in PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
Self-motivated, good team spirit, and strong sense of responsibility
Able to handle multi-tasks
